I have given this dealer high rating because they care about people needs and wants. This dealership goes over & beyond their own expectation to secure the expectations of their customers. I told this dealership I want to be driving in a new car in two days & this dealership made it happen in two days and I got the vehicle of my dreams. I am please and grateful.

Friendly, expert sales people. Good price, knowledgeable, no b.s., no high pressure I was able to take advantage of the Toyota incentives also. Although, I am a native Detroiter and a big supporter of the Big 3 I have had good experiences with Toyota and I trust Dennis and now Ben. Plus the Venza is a great car/suv/cossover/station wagon/hatchback (?). I test drove an Equinox, Terrain and the Venza was nicer. I had an Edge I loved but I fell in love with the Venza design and got a great deal. Carry on !

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Mr. Wentzel, most recently a used Toyota Highlander. He is the kind of salesperson who you can always count on to be upfront and honest with you. I always refer my friends and family to him and don't have to worry about whether or not he will take good care of them. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, he is the guy to contact. He gave very great service to me. When he didn't even know who I was. Was willing to wait for me about an hour when I was running late. Accommidate my need and was making sure I was satistfy with my car. Willing to call me, when there was a mistake done to my car. When it wasn't his fault at all. Very great at his service...kept his words as promised.

Ben was approachable, considerate and provided absolutely no pressure during the negotiations and sale. Similarly, Ray was particularly open to discussion and spent as much time as was necessary to clarify all aspects of the negotiation. Overall, we were very impressed and while initially prepared for the stereotypical car sale experience, this was quite the opposite.
